I have the honour to confirm our conversation of this morning re the proposed directed charter of the above vessel. I have been in touch with our clients again and informed them of the proposals which they are now considering

and which are as followe:-

(1).

(2).

It is stipulated that the vessel be engaged in the

Amoy, Swatow, and Rangoon trades with the option of way ports.

The Charter to be of six months duration but

subject to Government withdrawal on a month's

notice being given by the Authorities.

(3). Cherter hire to be paid monthly in advance and the

usual terms of charter party.

(4). Delivery to be given on the completion of the

present Saigon trip.

We expect to be able to confirm their accept-

ance to the above clauses this afternoon and if so well draw

up the Charter party for your formal confirmation.
